1. Rib Tea - Bak Kut Teh
Through research, I learned that Song Fa Bak Kut Teh restaurant - rib tea with rice, noodles and drinks (tofu, salted egg, vinegar, pickles, ...) is very famous in Singapore. Currently there are 10 establishments, we choose to eat at Song Fa no.11 New Bridge Road, just near Clarke Quay, so that we can take a walk easily.
By 18:00 twilight, the shop was crowded and had to queue. The queue gives me a surprising impression of Singaporean service. In the meantime, they will give you a menu to choose your food and water. Only 10 minutes later, you can sit at the table and eat it up, hot with only 4-5 minutes. There is also a dish called Barley Drink that the locals love, it tastes like cassava.

2. Eating Thunder Spots At Din Tai Fung
We chose to eat at Din Tai Fung branch in Marina Sand Bays, after a day of fun at Garden By The Bays. The menu has a variety of dim sums such as noodles, fried rice and snacks (vegetables, tofu, sauteed mushrooms, ...) with dimsum treats divided into 2 options: serving 6 pcs & 10 pcs .

3. Breakfast In Toast Box
Perhaps Toast Box is one of the few brands that open very early in Singapore, usually around 7am or 8am is open for service. If you are looking for a local flavor for breakfast, the Toast Box is the better option. Here, the most famous is toasted egg yolk toast, sip 1 cup of coffee or 1 cup of warm, aromatic milk tea. I chose to eat crab with chilli sauce at Chinatown Seafood Restaurant at 51 Pagoda Street. This famous dish brings you the taste of fresh crab meat, salty and sour taste. You don't need to book a table. The shop serves Vietnamese. Note: the bill will charge 10% service charge so if you have difficulty cutting the crab, just ask them to remove it.
